أُجريت القراءة الأولى في 4 يونيو 2026 لمشروع قانون في Jogorku Kenesh. ليس قانوناً بعد.

من شأن المسودة تعديل Family Code، وقانون الحالة المدنية، وقانون حماية صحة المواطنين. وستمنع التدخلات الطبية — بما فيها هرمونات الجنس الآخر والجراحة — التي تهدف إلى تغيير الجنس، مع استثناء لعلاج الشذوذات الخلقية في تطوّر الجنس (DSD) بعد خلاصة لجنة طبية وحكم محكمة. وستوقف أيضاً تغيير علامة الجنس في سجلات الحالة المدنية إلا في مسار DSD ذاك.

المدارس. Law 176 of 9 August 2023 يقيّد أصلاً الترويج للعلاقات الجنسية غير التقليدية للأطفال.
