La Roumanie a écrit une interdiction scolaire. La Constitutional Court l’a invalidée. C’est Mixte scolaire.
Le Parliament a modifié l’Article 7 de la National Education Law No. 1/2011 pour interdire, dans tous les établissements d’enseignement, “all activities aimed at spreading the theory or opinion of gender identity, understood as the theory or opinion that gender is a concept different from biological sex and that the two are not always the same.” La CCR Decision No. 907 of 16 December 2020 (anglais; Monitorul Oficial No. 68 / 21 janvier 2021) a jugé le nouvel Article 7(1)(e) inconstitutionnel. L’interdiction a été écrite. La Cour l’a effacée.
