Law of Georgia on the Protection of Family Values and Minors(English; No. 4437-XVIმს-Xმპ, 2024년 9월 17일; 2024년 10월 3일 공포; 공포 후 60일째 시행).

Article 6 — Use of medical manipulation. 공식 영어: it shall be forbidden to perform surgery on a person or use any other type of medical manipulation with regard to such person in order to assign him/her to a sex different from his/her biological sex. 그 규칙은 미성년자로 한정되지 않아요.

Article 8 — Education은, 별도로, 학교와 취학 전 프로그램에 넣거나 학교 구역에서 배포하는 것 가운데, 생물학적 성 어느 쪽도 아닌 것으로의 지정, 또는 생물학적 성과 다른 성으로의 지정을 대중화하려는 정보를 금지해요. General Education Law가 같은 날 같은 취지로 개정되었어요(Art. 81).
