초안은 Family Code, 민사 신분법, 시민의 건강을 보호하는 법을 개정할 거예요. 성을 바꾸려는 의료 개입 — 반대 성의 호르몬과 수술을 포함해 — 을 금지하고, 의료위원회 결론과 법원 판결 뒤에 성 발달의 선천성 기형(DSD)을 치료하는 경우는 예외로 할 거예요. 그 DSD 경로를 제외하고 민사 신분 기록의 성별 표기 변경도 막을 거예요.
