ਰੋਮਾਨੀਆ

ਰੋਮਾਨੀਆ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਸਕੂਲੀ ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਲਿਖੀ। Constitutional Court ਨੇ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕੀਤਾ। ਇਹ ਸਕੂਲ ਰਲਵੇਂ ਹੈ।

ਸੰਸਦ ਨੇ National Education Law No. 1/2011 ਦੀ Article 7 ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਧ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਅਧਿਆਪਨ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਨ੍ਹਾ ਹੋਵੇ, “all activities aimed at spreading the theory or opinion of gender identity, understood as the theory or opinion that gender is a concept different from biological sex and that the two are not always the same.” CCR Decision No. 907 of 16 December 2020 (ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ; Monitorul Oficial No. 68 / 21 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2021) ਨੇ ਨਵੀਂ Article 7(1)(e) ਨੂੰ ਗ਼ੈਰ-ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨਕ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ। ਪਾਬੰਦੀ ਲਿਖੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। Court ਨੇ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਮਿਟਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।

ਇੱਕ ਸਕੂਲੀ ਨਿਯਮ ਹੈ।
