Румунія написала шкільну заборону. Constitutional Court її скасував. Це Школи: змішано.
Парламент змінив статтю 7 National Education Law No. 1/2011, щоб заборонити в усіх навчальних закладах “all activities aimed at spreading the theory or opinion of gender identity, understood as the theory or opinion that gender is a concept different from biological sex and that the two are not always the same.” CCR Decision No. 907 of 16 December 2020 (англійською; Monitorul Oficial No. 68 / 21 січня 2021 року) визнав нову статтю 7(1)(e) неконституційною. Заборону було написано. Суд її стер.
Шкільне правило є.
