一句，冇理由
10 月 21 日，最高法院 拒絕 Trump 政府喺 Trump v. Kingdom（No. 26A416）申請暫停令。命令只有一句，冇任何解釋。大法官 Clarence Thomas 同 Samuel Alito 本來會批准暫停令。案件目錄 冇記錄其他七位點投。
監獄想做咩
Trump 總統 2025 年 1 月 20 日嘅行政命令，指示司法部長要 "ensure that no Federal funds are expended for any medical procedure, treatment, or drug for the purpose of conforming an inmate's appearance to that of the opposite sex," SCOTUSblog 咁樣引述。
2026 年 2 月，聯邦監獄局 Bureau of Prisons 採納 Program Statement 5260.01。根據呢份文件，BOP 會用精神健康護理處理性別焦慮。佢會停止提供手術、荷爾蒙，同佢叫做 "social accommodations" 嘅物品：例如 "buttock padding," "breast padding," 胸部 "binders," "makeup" 同 "wigs," 政府嘅 申請書 咁講。佢話會 "remove or confiscate" 呢啲物品，"when practicable."
BOP 講咗理由：科學證據變咗，同埋保安。佢警告呢啲干預可能令囚犯變成 "target[s] for attacks," "raise fairness concerns" 同 "breed resentment among other inmates." 佢亦都話，墊同類似物品可以用嚟 "hide contraband," 而且有囚犯 "threatened self-harm and suicide" 嚟攞荷爾蒙同呢啲安排。
NBC News 話受影響嘅聯邦囚犯大約 1,000 人。
法官
三名囚犯起訴：Alishea Kingdom、Jas Kapule 同 Solo Nichols。每個人食荷爾蒙食咗好多年。
8 月 26 日，美國地區法院資深法官 Royce Lamberth 叫停呢項政策對成個訴訟類別嘅適用，同埋命令 BOP 繼續供應荷爾蒙同呢啲安排。政府嘅文件話，佢認定政策 "pretextual and reverse engineered to implement" 行政命令。佢亦都寫，BOP 引用 "zero evidence from its own medical or mental health professionals."
9 月 18 日，哥倫比亞特區巡迴上訴法院以 2-1 拒絕暫停佢嘅命令。法官 Wilkins 同 Garcia 係多數，法官 Walker 寫反對意見，命令 咁講。
訟務次長 D. John Sauer 話俾大法官聽，呢位法官 "substituting its own policy judgment for that of the agency"，又責備 BOP 跟總統嘅指示。
呢件事代表咩
官司未完。但係法庭裁決之前，納稅人繼續資助聯邦監獄入面嘅另一個性別嘅荷爾蒙同墊。
最高法院維持過女子體育嘅州法，同埋未成年人青春期阻斷藥同另一個性別嘅荷爾蒙嘅州法。監獄呢件事，多數法官唔願意介入。而且佢哋冇講點解。
