Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Public Health and the Healthcare System of 7 July 2020 No. 360-VI（Adilet English）Article 156. Sex change：

有性別認同障礙、年滿 21 歲、有行為能力嘅人，精神、行為障礙（疾病）嘅人除外，有改變自己性別嘅權利。
醫學檢查同性別重置嘅程序由授權機關決定。
