Department of Health 嘅 Gender Wellbeing Clinic 頁面記錄，Legal Notice 44 of 2018 將“gender identity and sex characteristics related conditions”加入 NHS 權益附表。診所喺 2018 年 11 月開業。公布嘅團隊包括為小朋友同青少年而設嘅兒科專家。National Health Service 嘅服務包括初步評估、心理社會同家庭支援、由內分泌科醫生處方荷爾蒙同跟進、聲線治療、精神科護理、婦科、睪丸切除、子宮切除，同配子保存。診所話佢跟 WPATH（the World Professional Association for Transgender Health）標準，亦配合馬耳他法律。
