Dutch Protocol 係原本嗰個實驗。2026 年 6 月 30 日，Health Council of the Netherlands 就 18 歲以下人士嘅身體「transgender」護理交出意見，係衛生部長喺議會動議之後要求嘅。質素標準修訂緊。內閣話會研究呢份意見，然後回應。
評估之後，治療仍然可以取得。
學校。 Staatsblad 2012, 470（憑 Stb. 2012, 594 喺 2012 年 12 月 1 日生效）改寫全國 kerndoelen，等學生學習尊重咁處理 seksualiteit 同 diversiteit，waaronder seksuele diversiteit。而家嘅小學教育 kerndoel 38 仍然有呢句。
