羅馬尼亞寫過一條學校禁令。Constitutional Court 推翻咗佢。呢個係學校混合。
議會修訂 National Education Law No. 1/2011 嘅 Article 7，禁止喺所有教學機構“all activities aimed at spreading the theory or opinion of gender identity, understood as the theory or opinion that gender is a concept different from biological sex and that the two are not always the same.” CCR Decision No. 907 of 16 December 2020（英文；Monitorul Oficial No. 68 / 21 January 2021）裁定新 Article 7(1)(e) 違憲。禁令寫咗出嚟。法庭將佢抹走。
