泰國 Medical Council 訂立手術年齡。
官方 ข้อบังคับแพทยสภา พ.ศ. 2565（Medical Council 關於改變性別治療嘅倫理規例，2022 年 11 月 23 日刊登喺 Royal Gazette）話，根據呢份規例接受性別重置手術嘅人必須 20 歲，或者 18 歲但未到 20 歲，同埋得到有親權嘅人同意。
診所同未受規管嘅荷爾蒙使用喺泰國仍然存在。官方規則係 Council 嘅手術年齡線。
學校。 Act for Prevention and Solution of the Adolescent Pregnancy Problem B.E. 2559 Section 6 要求教育機構提供適合年齡嘅性學習。2018 年 10 月 12 日部長規例（B.E. 2561）告訴機構，內容必須涵蓋性發展、關係、性健康，同社會同文化維度，強調性別多樣同平等。Basic Education Core Curriculum B.E. 2551（OBEC）已經將性教育放喺 Health and Physical Education Strand 2。
