Dignitas Infinita（2024 年 4 月 2 日；Dicastery for the Doctrine of the Faith；Press Office bulletin）§§55–59 拒絕性別理論，包括試圖指定小朋友應該點樣被養大，同埋話生理性別同性嘅社會文化角色可以區分，但唔可以分開。§60 話，任何變性介入，一般而言，有威脅人由受孕所得尊嚴嘅風險。同一段容許對出生時已經明顯、或者其後發展嘅生殖器異常提供醫療協助 — 呢個係性別發育障礙（DSD）矯正，唔係變性路徑。
