2020 年 7 月 7 日第 360-VI 号 Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Public Health and the Healthcare System（Adilet 英文）Article 156. Sex change：

患有性别认同障碍、已满 二十一 岁、具有行为能力的人，但患有精神、行为障碍（疾病）者除外，享有改变其性别的权利。
医学检查和性别重置的程序由授权机关确定。
