La Romania ha scritto un divieto scolastico. La Constitutional Court l’ha annullato. Questo è Misto scolastico.
Il Parlamento ha modificato l’Article 7 della National Education Law No. 1/2011 per proibire, in tutti gli istituti di insegnamento, “all activities aimed at spreading the theory or opinion of gender identity, understood as the theory or opinion that gender is a concept different from biological sex and that the two are not always the same.” La CCR Decision No. 907 of 16 December 2020 (English; Monitorul Oficial No. 68 / 21 January 2021) ha ritenuto incostituzionale il nuovo Article 7(1)(e).
