Belarus’s official writing is an adult commission pathway. Belarus is marked Restricted.
Ministry of Health Resolution No. 163 of 9 December 2010 (On changing and correcting sex affiliation; National Register W21023106), as amended through Resolution 100 of 10 September 2025, approves:
- a regulation on the interdepartmental commission for medical-psychological and social rehabilitation of persons with “sex-denial syndrome”; - an instruction on changing and correcting sex at the request of an adult patient in state healthcare organisations.
The commission’s tasks include deciding an adult’s application after examination, setting the diagnosis “transsexualism” (F64.0), and considering later hormonal and/or surgical correction. The patient must have reached majority.
That bars the official state door to minors. Belarus is marked Restricted.
