Croatia published a ministry pathway.
On 22 January 2016 Narodne novine published the Stručne smjernice (NN 7/2016) adopted by the Minister of Health: expert guidelines for opinions on changing sex or living in another gender identity, and for health and psychosocial care of people with gender dysphoria. The text leans on WPATH SOC7 as the “gold standard,” maps children and adolescents into assessment, and treats hormonal therapy as a medical option once the person is referred to an endocrinologist on the ministry’s expert list.
