Hungary’s 2021 law is a schools and information rule for minors.
2021. évi LXXIX. törvény (official Nemzeti Jogszabálytár; English text at njt.jog.gov.hu) amended the National Public Education Act. In activities concerning sexual culture, sex, sexual orientation, and sexual development, those sessions cannot be aimed at the propagation of divergence from self-identity corresponding to sex at birth, sex change or homosexuality. Outside speakers need a state register. The same Act forbids making accessible to under-18s content that propagates or portrays divergence from sex at birth, sex change, or homosexuality.
That is an enacted education-content rule.
