Peru has a proposed bill.
On 3 September 2025 Congress recorded Proyecto de Ley N.° 12285-2025-CR, a moción to prohibit puberty blockers, opposite-sex hormones, and sex-reassignment surgeries on people under 18. The official notice is on the Congreso communications site. A later official notice records that the Justice committee approved a dictamen on that bill — a committee vote.
Schools. On 15 May 2026 MINEDU published Resolución Viceministerial N.° 085-2026-MINEDU: it repealed the 2021 “Educación Sexual Integral” guidelines and approved “Lineamientos para la Educación Sexual con base científica, biológica y ética.” El Peruano carried the same text.
