Slovenia’s equality-body report describes an existing medical pathway.
The Advocate of the Principle of Equality (Zagovornik načela enakosti, August 2022 special report to the National Assembly) maps how medical confirmation of sex identity and legal sex recognition actually run: diagnosis and treatment sit in the health system; document change sits with administrative units.
